This package provides access to mapping and results objects generated by the AssessORF package, as well as the genome sequences for the strains corresponding to those objects.

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("AssessORFData", version = "3.9")
